How long will my food keep for?
We prepare our meals upon order, so they are best consumed within 2-3 hours of delivery.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. Snappy! does not store any of this sensitive information on our servers. We use Paymaya as our payment processor.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your orders using your Visa, Mastercard, PayMaya, or through Cash on Delivery.
How do I order Meals on Demand?
1. Choose and order easily. Choose what you like from our Meals on Demand menu - Click on Meals on Demand from the top menu (on your computer) or on the side menu (on your mobile).
2. We will notify you when we receive your order and when your order is on the way to you.
3. Receive your food and enjoy. Now, all that’s left is to sit down and enjoy your delicious food.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation in your email inbox. If you ordered without creating an account with us, you will receive an SMS notification in your mobile number.
Can I place an order for a friend or a relative?
Of course! Select from our menu as usual and just input your friend's or relative's delivery address during checkout. You can input their name and contact number in the checkout form.
How do I get FREE delivery?
All orders above Php 750.00 are delivered FREE of charge.
How do I use a promo code?
Order as usual and add food to cart. Enter the promo code during the checkout process. Promo codes are not stackable.
When and where do you deliver?
We are open 7 days a week from 10:00AM to 7:30PM.
(First Delivery is at 10:30AM and Last order is at 7:30PM).
We deliver within Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu City, Talisay City and Consolacion.

What are the delivery charges?
We offer FREE delivery on orders above Php 750.00.
A standard delivery fee of Php 50.00 will apply to orders below Php 750.00.

When will my order arrive?
The expected delivery time is within 60 minutes depending on your location.
Can I order in advance? Can I schedule my food delivery?
Yes. During store opening hours, you can order from our website as usual. On the Cart Page, select Schedule Delivery and enter your preferred delivery date and delivery time.
Please note that delivery time is only between 10:00AM to 7:30PM.
